VIP Home Cleaning · Jacksonville & St. Johns
Delicate surfaces. Detailed finishing.
A plan made for your home.

Marble, granite, quartzite, wood and decorative bathroom finishes need different methods. Tell us what is in your home; we agree the right approach before your visit.

We identify the stone and finish, choose a compatible cleaner, and use soft tools. Acidic descalers and abrasive pads are not a default treatment for stone.
Professional reference: MB Stone Care MB-5 Stone & More for routine care of compatible stone. We confirm the exact finish and product before your visit; cleaning does not repair etching.
Read manufacturer’s care guidance ↗Routine cleaning and finishing only. Stone restoration, polishing, sealing and repair of existing damage are not included.
Beautiful surfaces deserve thoughtful product selection. These professional references guide the care plan we confirm for your home’s materials and preferences.

Stone & counters
A pH-neutral professional option for everyday care of compatible marble, granite, porcelain and other hard surfaces. Soft microfiber lifts daily residue, followed by a careful dry finish.
Routine maintenance, not heavy soap-scum removal, stone polishing or etch repair. We confirm the stone, sealer and finish before choosing the formula.

Tile & stone
A professional neutral detergent for routine care of compatible stone and tile. Correct dilution and soft tools help clean the surface without an aggressive daily treatment.
The finish and exact label determine dilution and rinsing. This formula is scented; fragrance-free preferences need a separate product selection.

Finished wood
A professional floor-care option for compatible urethane-finished wood and laminate. We remove loose dust first, then clean with controlled moisture and a fresh microfiber pad.
Not a default choice for penetrating-oil or wax finishes. We confirm the floor manufacturer’s guidance; wood is never soaked.

Oiled wood
A finish-specific care option for compatible Rubio Monocoat-treated wood, including furniture and floors. Gentle wiping and controlled moisture help preserve the character of the finish.
Only selected after identifying a compatible oil finish. Not a universal furniture cleaner, not fragrance-free, and not a re-oiling or restoration service.
Product & care guidance ↗Exact products are confirmed for the visit. Routine cleaning does not include polishing, sealing, re-oiling or restoration. Fragrance-free requests are reviewed separately.

Separate cloths for separate jobs. Our color system keeps kitchen, bathroom and living-area tools apart.

Dedicated to kitchen worktops and kitchen surfaces. A clean cloth is selected for each task and finish.
Fresh cloths for each home and zone. Used cloths go into a separate bag; kitchen and bathroom cloths are kept apart. Delicate surfaces receive suitable soft microfiber. This is our own color code, used with Home, VIP, Eco, Deep, Move-out and Airbnb visits.

Choose your home and cleaning level. Your care preference and price breakdown travel with your request.
Your options → your price → your visit
First choose the approach. Then choose Standard, Deep or Move-out.
Home cleaning with surface-matched products and color-separated cloths.
Choose any that need special attention. No product is used solely because it is labeled eco.
Starting fixed prices are for a one-time Standard clean: 1 bed, 1 bath, up to 1,000 sq ft, normal condition. Your selected plan, home size and extras determine the quote. VIP and Eco visits are confirmed after a surface and product review.
Two ways to book your clean
Choose how you want to pay. Your cleaning options appear after you select a plan.
Select options, then choose your date.
Choose your details below, then select a live arrival time. We confirm custom scopes with you. Compare what is included.
Tap a size to see your price.
Your fixed price is for the selected home and tasks. Team size affects the planned time; we confirm crew availability before booking.
First visit at full price. Qualifying 1/1 base from visit 2: weekly $119, every 2 weeks $129, monthly $139. Other Standard scopes: 15%, 10%, or 5% off the base from visit 2 (minimum $119). Extras stay separate; scope and schedule must be confirmed.
The hourly rate covers the entire selected team, not each cleaner. A team of 3 or 4 needs availability confirmation.
Tell us your priorities in “Anything else?” below. We work through them within your budget; the whole home may need more time.
Pay for actual working time, with a 2-hour minimum and billing to the minute after that. Extra time needs your approval. The calendar includes an extra hour of scheduling allowance, which is not billed.
Tap an option, then set the quantity. Fixed-price extras are included in your selected-scope price. Custom scopes need review.
VIP adds a surface care plan, a second detail pass, hand-dried finishing, agreed presentation of clean towels you provide, and a final finish check. Your selected Standard, Deep or Move-out checklist still defines the underlying cleaning scope. You can request fragrance-free products, subject to surface compatibility.
Fixed-price Deep and Move-out include the interiors of 1 oven cavity, 1 empty fridge and 1 microwave. Standard interiors and additional units are extras. Hourly tasks use the booked time.
For VIP and Eco, the team first confirms surfaces, products, scope and arrival time. Sending a request does not reserve a time or charge your card.
