Our minimum is 2 hours of on-site cleaning work. We confirm the crew size, expected working time and price for your selected scope before the visit. An online appointment may reserve a longer window.

Yes. We scope guest turnovers from the property size, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms and checkout/check-in window. Bed preparation uses the agreed clean linen; on-site laundry and restocking with host-supplied items need separate agreement. Sunday turnovers are available by prior agreement. We confirm the price, working time and guest window before accepting the visit.

Choose standard for routine upkeep. Deep cleaning adds detail work and more time for accumulated kitchen and bathroom residue. Choose move-in / move-out for a vacant property. If you are unsure, send photos and we will recommend a suitable scope.

Home window washing is interior only and must be selected as an add-on. It covers safely reachable interior glass for the windows agreed in your quote. Exterior glass, high-access work, screen removal and specialist hard-water restoration are not included. The calculator starts at $45 for up to 6 standard, reachable interior windows, then adds $8 per additional window. Oversized or difficult-access windows need review.

Appliance exteriors are part of routine kitchen cleaning. The inside of the oven and refrigerator are separate selections, including on deep and move-out visits. Each selected appliance add-on estimates one standard oven or refrigerator at $45. Tell us about additional appliances, oversized units or unusually heavy buildup before we confirm the price. Please remove food and stored items from the refrigerator and let the oven cool before we arrive.

Heavier grease, soap residue, extensive dust, pet hair or clutter can require additional time. Your selected condition and extras are already reflected in the calculator estimate. Choose the appropriate condition in the calculator and send photos. We check your home on arrival. If its condition differs from what was described, extra cleaning may cost more. We explain and agree any extra charge with you before cleaning begins. For hourly cleaning, extra time needs your approval at the selected rate. No extra charge without your approval.

Carpets are vacuumed as part of the agreed floor-cleaning tasks. Carpet shampooing, upholstery extraction and specialist stain treatments are not included in Standard, Deep or Move-in / Move-out cleaning. Tell us about any specialist requirements before booking so availability and scope can be checked.

The package covers ordinary household cleaning with extra detail work. Mold remediation, bodily fluids, pest contamination, hazardous waste and extreme clutter cleanouts are outside our service. Existing scratches, etching, damaged sealant and permanent discoloration cannot be repaired by cleaning.

Clear accessible worktops and floors, put away valuables and personal documents, and tell us about delicate finishes or damaged areas. Keep water and power available. We do not move heavy furniture or appliances, so areas behind them must already be accessible if included in your quote.

You can be present or arrange access in advance. We confirm the entry method and arrival details with you. Keep pets in a secure separate room, crate or safely enclosed area away from the work area. Large or potentially aggressive dogs must be secured before arrival, even if they are friendly. We may pause the visit if the work area is unsafe. Let us know about any access restrictions.

Tell us about pets and select the relevant calculator option. Heavy hair buildup may need a closer assessment. Laundry is an optional task with the number of loads and what you want done agreed in advance. Dishwashing, organising and moving belongings are not automatically included in a standard visit.

Your preferred date and time are a request. We review the home size, condition and extras, then confirm the appointment and working time by text or suggest another time. A cleaning visit is not automatically limited to two hours.

Please tell us at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment. Our cancellation and rescheduling terms apply to confirmed visits. We will help you choose a new time when the schedule allows.
