What we aim for

This site is built to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or a device set to reduced motion. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA.

What we have done

• The site uses a consistent light palette with visible labels and focus indicators.
• Forms and service controls support keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
• When your device requests reduced motion, the service stories use a shorter static presentation.
• Layouts adapt to smaller screens. Some navigation and photo galleries can scroll horizontally within their own area.
• The price calculator can be completed without a mouse.

Where we know we fall short

If a calculator, photo upload or date field is difficult to use, text or email our service team with your request. We can prepare your quote and confirm the appointment directly.
